At Khaalis Zaike, we take pride in delivering pure, traditional, and high-quality food products prepared with care. Due to the nature of edible and consumable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure food safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at khaaliszaike@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Returns & Refunds (Food Safety Policy)
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations in Pakistan, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened or used food items
- Products with broken seals
- Perishable or consumable goods including:
- Desi Panjeeri
- Desi Ghee
- Honey
- Talbina
- Chutneys, Pickles, Oils, or Powders
Once food products leave our facility, they are considered final sale.
3. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
We understand that issues can occur during transit. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking jar or broken seal
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requirements:
- Clear photos/videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Courier label
- Order number
If the claim is verified, Khaalis Zaike will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A store credit, or
- A refund (at our discretion)
⚠️ Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
4. Taste, Preference & Texture Disclaimer
Our products are traditional and natural, prepared using classic recipes.
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
- Taste preference
- Color variation
- Texture consistency
- Aroma differences
These variations are normal in pure, preservative-free, handmade food products.
5. Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays due to:
- Weather
- Courier operations
- Public holidays
- Strikes or force majeure
are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
6. Refund Processing (If Approved)
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Bank or wallet processing times may vary.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unavailability at delivery location
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for:
- Re-delivery charges, or
- Order will be treated as non-refundable
